Connor grew up in the hotel industry. He is extremely hands-on and involved in his two hotels, the Altona Hotel and the Howard Johnson Express Inn Winnipeg West, and in their respective communities.

Tom is the GM/VP of the Four Points by Sheraton Winnipeg South. Tom began his career with the Astoria Hotel in 1990, working his way up from a low level manager to converting the property to a Four Points by Sheraton and becoming General Manager.

Erica is co-owner and operator of Barrier Bay Resort in the North Whiteshell. Recently she was part of E.T.E.D.T. program in the Eastman Tourism Region and serves currently as a director on the North Whiteshell Trails Association.

Leo is the Executive Chair of Canad Inns. He had served on the board of the Hotel Association of Canada for over 20 years. Leo has been an executive board member of the Manitoba Hotel Association for over 28 years.

Alan is the President of Boreal Management Ltd., which is a family owned company from The Pas which owns the Wescana Inn, over 300 apartment units as well as commercial properties. Alan also served on the MHA Board from 2006 to 2008 and from 2012 to 2014.

Brian is the General Manager of the Clarion Hotel & Suites in Brandon. He has been in the hospitality business since 1998 a was previously employed at both the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in management roles as well as Sodexo Live! at the Keystone Centre as GM for three years.

Suzanne is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brandon since it opened in 2020. She spent 6 years with The Keg restaurant as well as big box retail management before moving to general hotel management. She has over 7 years of hotel industry experience. 

Theressa is the Schinkel Properties’ Hotel Regional Manager for the Quality Inn & Suites in Winkler. She also oversees the operations of 4 other hotels throughout Manitoba. She has 23 years of experience in the hotel industry. 

Dane is the GM of the ALT Hotel Winnipeg. He began his Manitoba hospitality career in 2017 when he joined the ALT Hotel having worked in the UK and Australia. He has embraced the City of Winnipeg and the downtown. He is currently on the board of the Downtown Biz helping to revitalize the area. 

Bruce is the General Manager of the Holiday Inn Winnipeg Airport West. He has been in the hotel business for over 35 years. He is an active member for 17 years of the Intercontinental Hotels Group / Holiday Inn General Manager's Advisory Board. 

Jacques is the GM at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Winnipeg, the largest hotel in MB/SK, within this role he also holds the role of Chair, Marriott Business Council Prairie Region and sits on the Marriott Multi-Hotel Sales Advisory Board as the GM representative for Canada. He is also currently on the RRC Polytec Hospitality Advisory Board.
